Looking through my camera roll for plant inspiration is a favourite pastime. I've had many many plants over the years. Here are some favourites that I've grown but sadly lost. Caring for lots of plants all with individual needs is hard. Perhaps I'll try growing some of these again.

Monstera Deliciousa Thai Constellation. Yes they might be a bit basic these days since they can be bought super cheap but they are popular for a reason. Look at those beautiful speckles of variegation.

I had the pleasure of creating these two epic terrariums for a commission recently. A commission not only from a fellow trader but also a returning customer who already owns one of these large jars of mine and loves it so much they wanted to gift two of them to loved ones.

I cannot stop looking at this absolute stunner of a leaf. Begonias are my current little planty obsession and this leaf with its silver spots and dark veins is exactly why.

Ever wondered why Young Green Shoot? Well, I'm Chloe and that is exactly what my name means. Pretty fortunate really as plants are my passion (obsession?). Here's a little story of how I got to where I am.

Had a fabulous time exhibiting at Blenheim Palace Flower Show last weekend. We had some great weather bringing in lots of customers. There was an abundance of wildlife, butterflies constantly in the marquee, ducks wandering around telling us off loudly for being in their way.
